One thing we’re learning about former beauty pageant contestant Carrie Prejean is she learns quick how to play the victim and bring in the cash at the same time. She may have learned even quicker than Sarah Palin about whoring yourself in the press and using your good looks to make yourself a victim of evil society. It’s a great get rich quick scam with Sarah Palin and Carrie Prejean leading the way and setting the precedence.
Carrie Prejean has actually released a book about all the many experiences that have led her to this point, except she’s forgotten to cover the racy photos that were in violation of her contract (which led her to her dismissal) and also conveniently omitted the part about her ‘non-sexual’ sex tape. Yes that’s right, non-sexual sex tape. You see Ms. Prejean believes it’s only sexual if she’s actually with a partner, but doing all kinds of raunchy things to herself for her boyfriend to watch whenever he wants when she was only 17, nothing sexual or wrong with that.
She’s free to do what she wants, right? She deserves privacy right? She never asked for the attention, right?
Please Ms. Prejean, we can see the veins coming through your skin almost as easily as we see can see Sarah’s. You really expect America’s sympathy? I guess that’s a silly question considering how obvious it is who has been giving you advice, especially now that you tell us you have regular contact with Queen Quitter and her daughter Bristol. I guess that might explain where Carrie is getting all the terrible advice and talking points. Wonder if Palin will load her up on the money bus and take her on the road helping her hawk her book too. Is this what Sarah meant when she said she was going rogue?
“It was me by myself. There was no one else with me. I was not having sex,”
“You can call it whatever you want to call it. If you want to call it a sex tape, that’s fine,” Prejean told Vieira. “I sent it to my boyfriend at the time. I was a teenager. I cared about him. I trusted him,” she added. “I think now they call it ‘sexting.’
So how does a girl like Carrie find a way to capitalize on all this? Pull a Palin, claim the entire world and that darn liberal gotcha media did this to me. I didn’t do it to myself. They’re trying to shut me up. They have the nerve to judge me for posing nude in photos and pleasuring myself on video when I’m just a good old fashioned Christian girl trying to spread the message of faith. Please Ms. Prejean, get over yourself. You’re not a politician, you have nothing substantial to offer to the conversation and you prove yourself to be someone who is only looking to capitalize.
When the beauty pageant thing didn’t work out and you’re fired for violating contract because of your nude photos, you sue, claiming they tried to vilify you and fired you for religious beliefs. Then again we find out just what a moral and religious girl you are when they come back at you with your non-sexual sex tape and again…………………..Carrie’s the victim.
More from her conversation with Meredith Viera:
The biggest thing and the reason I wrote this book is Americans believe their beliefs are under attack, and this is proof,” she told Vieira, adding that the sex tape is another example of what her enemies will do to attack her.
“All I know is there is a campaign against me trying to silence me,” Prejean said. “They tried to embarrass me. They tried to humiliate me. They tried to attack me. And I’m still standing.”
“Americans heard only bits and pieces of what really happened,” Prejean said. “I think that there is a liberal bias in the media, and it’s unfortunate that conservative women are attacked for their beliefs. It’s unacceptable and it shouldn’t happen. So many Americans are frustrated. So many Americans believe that their beliefs are under attack, and they should be silent and free speech doesn’t exist.”
Prejean specifically mentioned Keith Olbermann, host of MSNBC’s “Countdown,” who has recently criticized her for what he calls her hypocrisy.
“There is an extreme double standard that conservative women are under attack for whatever it is,” Prejean told Vieira. “If Sean Hannity went out there and said some of the things that Keith Olbermann has said about me, if he says anything about [Sonia] Sotomayor, Michelle Obama, he would be off the air. Why is there this double standard? That’s the reason why I wrote this book.”
Yes that’s rights folks. You read it correctly. If Sean Hannity said things about Michelle Obama of Sonia Sotomayor, he’d be off the air. Can we guess where Carrie came up with this wonderful bit of fiction? Could it be she’s being coached on playing the victim by none other than her idol Ms. Sanctimonious Sarah Palin? Sounds awfully familiar, especially since Ms. Prejean is no better and research or facts than her idol.
Said Hannity, quite sarcastically, “Ah, doesn’t that make you feel good in the midst of an economic slowdown: Michelle Obama’s clothes.”
He then played that oft-cited quote in which she says, “For the first time in my adult life, I’m proud of my country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback,” to which Hannity remarked, “Yeah, hope that I can get all these great designer clothes and that everyone will report on it and call me, you know, Jackie Kennedy and Camelot. It’s unbelievable.”
And of course we know Sean could never get away with bashing Sonia either could he? He’d lose his show right Carrie?
Hannity on Sotomayer 05/28/09
Sean Hannity continued his attacks on Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor, making a special effort to paint her as anti-white. Considering Hannity’s own history of friendship toward anti-Semites, anti-African Americans and his zealous advocacy for the rights of white people, it’s not much of a surprise. But the hypocrisy was stunning, even for a veteran Hannity watcher, as first he labeled Sotomayor an unacceptable “judicial activist,” then attacked her for following legal precedent in a reverse discrimination case – all in one segment.
In the so-called “Great American Panel” segment, Hannity discounted those who thought it would be a political mistake to oppose Sotomayor’s nomination. He said disdainfully, “Republicans should abandon every principle they have and accept a judicial activist!”
Is this where we’re at now? Is this what the likes of Sarah Palin have done to our country? Aw shucks girls, you don’t need brains, you don’t need morals, you don’t need values, don’t need to be honest, and you certainly don’t need to do what anyone tells you to do. No sir, because you’re so pretty and everyone hates pretty girls, so no matter what you do, no matter the rule you break, it will be alright because you’re pretty and damn it that’s all you need to be.
Sorry, but I’d much rather the First Lady of The United States be the example to the daughters of America instead of these poor morally correct Christian ladies.
Let’s hope Sarah isn’t starting a trend…………the dumbing down and prettying up of girls in America, haven’t we been there already?
